Description

  • Serve as the main point of contact for inbound client queries, outbound engagement, relationship updates, and renewal discussions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with users and key stakeholders across financial services accounts.
  • Drive customer retention and identify revenue at risk to help prevent churn.
  • Expand adoption of AlphaSense across additional business units within existing client accounts to grow revenue.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the book of business.
  • Forecast retention rates and track account performance against monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
  • Conduct business reviews with key stakeholders to review value, usage, and expansion opportunities.
  • Plan and execute new user onboarding and training initiatives.
  • Provide proactive outreach with relevant materials and information for the user base.
  • Capture customer feedback and value stories and share them internally with product, marketing, and sales teams.

Requirements

  • Experience managing and growing relationships with Fortune 1000 clients and/or financial services companies.
  • Strong ability to build rapport quickly with new people and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated business acumen and experience with internal and external relationship management.
  • Ability to communicate complex issues clearly through oral, written, and presentation skills.
  • Comfort working with analysts through C-level executives.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in or exposure to SaaS client engagement best practices.
  • Preferred exposure to AI and/or research-based products.
  • Grit, initiative, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic.
  • Strong organizational judgment to allocate time effectively across high- and mid-touch accounts.
