Description

  • Conduct high-volume outbound outreach to members preparing to schedule imaging exams.
  • Communicate OneImaging’s value proposition, including cost savings, convenience, and improved imaging experience.
  • Build trust through thoughtful, empathetic, solutions-oriented conversations.
  • Address member questions and objections professionally and confidently.
  • Convert outreach conversations into scheduled imaging appointments.
  • Accurately document outreach activity, outcomes, and follow-up steps in internal systems.
  • Share recurring member concerns with cross-functional partners to improve messaging, workflows, and conversion performance.
  • Deliver a consistently high-quality member experience across every interaction.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in SDR, BDR, inside sales, call center sales, or another high-volume outbound role.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with significant outbound call activity.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor the approach to different member needs and situations.
  • Strong objection-handling skills and the ability to guide conversations toward clear next steps.
  • Highly organized, reliable, and disciplined in managing follow-up and documenting activity.
  • Motivated by performance goals, continuous improvement, and measurable outcomes.
  • Interest in helping improve access, affordability, and the healthcare experience.
  • This role is initially a 3-month contract with the possibility to extend or convert based on outcomes.

Benefits
