Description

  • Lead the end-to-end customer onboarding and implementation process.
  • Configure and manage customer-specific data feeds to ensure accurate, timely data exchange between systems.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, strategic advisor, and escalation point for customer stakeholders.
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels and align customer goals with OneImaging’s program.
  • Analyze customer data and performance metrics to drive adoption and measurable outcomes.
  • Deliver regular reports and business reviews to key stakeholders.
  • Act as the voice of the customer by sharing feedback to influence product and service improvements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, customer experience, and implementation efficiency.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Manage revenue and strategic initiatives for the book of business after launch.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Experience in a digital health solution environment involving benefits administration.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and manage data feeds, integrations, and system configurations.
  • Ability to manage through ambiguity and help build processes that scale the Customer Success organization.
  • Experience managing complex ecosystem vendor partners within a healthcare and benefit program.
  • Proven track record of building strategic relationships with key customer stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with experience delivering actionable insights through reporting and data analysis.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results on time.
  • Bonus eligibility and participation in equity incentive plans are available.
  • Base salary range of $110,000 to $140,000.
