Description

  • Lead tailored product demos for mid-market and enterprise HR buyers, including Bullhorn, Salesforce, and API-based customers.
  • Scope customer needs by investigating existing systems, workflows, and third-party service APIs.
  • Build proof-of-concepts and live solutions for integrations such as background checks, tax credits, HRIS, and LMS platforms.
  • Configure Onboarded to model each customer's HR workflows and operational requirements.
  • Own customer implementations from requirements gathering and architecture design through project management and go-live.
  • Translate customer feedback into user stories and product requirements for the Product and Engineering teams.
  • Use AI agents, iPaaS tools, and internally built tools to accelerate customer solutions and implementation work.
  • Shape Onboarded's direct-customer delivery model and platform evolution through customer insights.

Requirements

  • Background in HR technology or a closely related field, with knowledge of staffing and high-volume, high-complexity hiring.
  • Expertise in HR operations and integrations, including ATS-to-HRIS workflows, E-Verify, I-9, background checks, credentialing, and payroll handoffs.
  • Strong understanding of APIs and experience building integrations between SaaS platforms.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Bullhorn, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Ability to handle both pre-sales activities and hands-on implementation, including platform configuration.
  • Ability to rapidly diagnose problems, develop solutions live, and work effectively under pressure.
  • AI-native approach, with the ability to explain and apply agentic AI in day-to-day work.
  • Self-directed, high-ownership working style with a willingness to challenge existing approaches.
  • Comfort working autonomously in a lean, fast-moving startup environment.
