Description

  • Develop outstanding customer partnerships across the full customer lifecycle.
  • Build and manage long-lasting relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Understand customers’ industry, business situation, concerns, and needs.
  • Communicate customer needs and concerns to internal teams, including delivery and marketing.
  • Develop account strategies and short-, mid-, and long-term action plans aligned with company strategy.
  • Map stakeholders using customer organization charts.
  • Align with project teams throughout all project phases through effective governance.
  • Prepare and run account management meetings to assess needs, review scorecards, and share relevant content.
  • Negotiate new areas of business within existing accounts.
  • Guide customers toward optimal use of the solution after project delivery.
  • Manage customer expectations and prioritize multiple customer engagements dynamically.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of account management experience.
  • At least a bachelor’s degree; a master’s degree is preferred.
  • Proven track record in supply chain software solutions for manufacturing companies.
  • Ability to build trust with senior-level management and managers.
  • Customer-centric mindset with an entrepreneurial approach.
  • Ability to clearly articulate viewpoints to customers and internal management at all levels.
  • Experience with CRM solutions such as Salesforce.com.
  • Proficiency in one or more core industries relevant to OMP.
  • Strong account management, supply chain, project management, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • English language proficiency is required; additional languages are a plus.
