Description

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle for Sales roles in LATAM and the US, from sourcing through offer acceptance.
  • Proactively source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, regional job boards, and professional networks.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to define role requirements, candidate profiles, and evaluation criteria.
  • Conduct structured behavioral and cultural fit interviews and coordinate candidate assessments and sales simulations.
  • Manage the employee referral process for LATAM and the US, including eligibility checks and candidate tracking.
  • Build and maintain a warm pipeline of Sales talent through ongoing relationship management.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the ATS and deliver weekly recruitment dashboards and KPI reports.
  • Manage offer processes, including compensation structuring, negotiation support, and pre-boarding communication.
  • Collaborate with HR Operations to coordinate onboarding for new Sales hires across LATAM and the US.
  • Support employer branding and represent Omilia at regional career events and candidate touchpoints.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including at least 2 years focused on Sales or Commercial hiring in SaaS or Tech.
  • Direct hiring experience across the LATAM and US talent markets.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms such as Workable or Greenhouse, and reporting/productivity tools.
  • Strong behavioral interviewing and assessment skills, including the ability to evaluate commercial acumen, resilience, and communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment.
  • Solid understanding of employment law and hiring compliance across major LATAM and US jurisdictions.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for interaction with senior candidates and executive stakeholders.
  • Fluency in Portuguese is a strong plus, especially for Brazil recruiting.
  • Experience recruiting in Conversational AI, CCaaS, or adjacent enterprise technology sectors is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce and their use in sales hiring metrics is a plus.
  • Prior experience with employer branding or talent marketing initiatives in LATAM is preferred.
  • HR certifications such as SHRM or AIRS, or formal recruitment training, are a plus.
