Description

  • Qualify and secure new customer and partner opportunities by assessing technical feasibility and business value.
  • Lead proposals, RFP responses, business discussions, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Ensure a seamless transition from pre-sales to implementation through clear knowledge transfer and scope alignment.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor by understanding customer challenges and communicating Omilia’s solution value.
  • Proactively identify customer needs, build business cases, and address objections to drive solution adoption.
  • Protect Omilia’s interests by evaluating and prioritizing opportunities with strong long-term partnership value.
  • Gather customer feedback and field insights and relay them to Product Management.
  • Provide ongoing knowledge transfer to the Sales Team and newly hired Sales Engineers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with executive, financial, and technical stakeholders throughout the sales cycle.
  • Travel as required, up to 20%, including overnight trips, to support customer engagement and business development.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in a similar Account Executive or enterprise sales role.
  • Experience with international clients and/or partners is a plus.
  • Fluency in German.
  • Proven experience in enterprise software sales, preferably in contact center, SaaS, or conversational AI solutions.
  • Strong understanding of technical sales processes, including RFP/RFI responses, solution presentations, and proposal development.
  • Ability to map customer business requirements to technical solutions and articulate value propositions.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce and sales pipeline management.
  • Experience collaborating with technical teams such as Sales Engineers and Product Management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong relationship-building, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and cross-functionally.
  • Ability to contribute actively as an integrated team member and act as an Omilia ambassador in all interactions.
