Description

  • Own the affiliate growth strategy and execution for OKX in MENA in coordination with the global team.
  • Proactively identify and develop affiliates with communities of high-net-worth clients and professional traders.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with high-net-worth clients across MENA through frequent engagement.
  • Build partnerships with influencers to support user acquisition.
  • Plan and execute online and offline marketing activities, events, and campaigns with influencers, KOLs, and media channels.
  • Expand the user base and increase awareness of the OKX brand in the region.
  • Devise creative approaches to identify potential affiliates and acquire new users.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in Cryptocurrency, Finance, FX, or a related space.
  • Track record of building large affiliate networks from start to finish.
  • Experience in business development or affiliate management.
  • Strong connections in the region with high-net-worth clients and professional traders.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Understanding of affiliate customer acquisition KPIs and optimization methods, including data analysis and segmentation.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Bonus points if you have previously worked at a crypto exchange.
  • Experience working across time zones and with cross-cultural teams is preferred.
  • Passion for blockchain technology and the crypto payments space.
