Description

  • Work with Okta and CDW sales teams to define go-to-market plans for the West region.
  • Leverage CDW customer relationships and delivery capabilities to generate pipeline and close business.
  • Serve as the internal advocate for CDW within Okta and promote partner opportunities to sales leaders and account executives.
  • Forecast alliance revenue and co-sell performance using Salesforce.com.
  • Track and analyze pipeline generation, marketing activity, deal registration, accreditations, and certifications.
  • Coordinate pre-sales technical alignment and services organization support to achieve mutual targets.
  • Represent the partner’s perspective to Okta and Okta’s perspective to the partner to resolve issues and drive revenue.
  • Build strong working relationships with Okta sales and professional services teams to support co-sell execution.
  • Drive originated and jointly sold deals with defined partners to meet quota.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive territory plan with Okta and CDW to achieve revenue goals.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of partner and alliances experience or related sales experience, preferably in SaaS and IAM.
  • Strong focus on high-tech alliance sales, business development, or alliances management with national partners.
  • Experience executing a co-sell model with CDW or similar resellers, preferably in security software.
  • Experience working with reseller partners in joint go-to-market motions.
  • Ability to influence and build strong relationships with decision makers across partner and prospect organizations.
  • Up to date on trends and leading companies in the cloud computing and identity management ecosystem.
  • Ability to formulate a partnership vision, strategy, and execution plan.
  • Strong prioritization, multitasking, attention to detail, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work with little supervision and adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Comfortable with up to 50% travel.
  • Familiarity with CSP co-sell motions is preferred.
  • Sales management experience is preferred.

Benefits

  • Annual base salary range of $164,000 to $246,000 USD for candidates in California (excluding San Francisco Bay Area), Colorado, Illinois, New York, and Washington.
