Description

  • Lead and scale agency and strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth.
  • Define and execute the partnerships strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Build and manage high-value relationships with key agency partners.
  • Identify, onboard, and activate new partners within the Shopify ecosystem.
  • Drive co-marketing initiatives and demand generation with partners.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and partnership terms.
  • Track, analyse, and optimise partner performance and ROI.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
  • Own partnerships initiatives end-to-end with speed and accountability.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or business development.
  • Experience in eCommerce or SaaS.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue through partnerships.
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to optimise performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in a remote or startup environment is preferred.
  • Prior experience managing or mentoring junior team members is preferred.
