Description

  • Manage the end-to-end subscription renewal process for a defined customer set to maintain access to Okta products and services and grow revenue.
  • Identify at-risk accounts 9-12 months before renewal and build mitigation strategies.
  • Present ROI and business impact to C-level executives to support renewal and expansion conversations.
  • Maintain accurate annual and quarterly forecasts for the book of business.
  • Communicate the value of Okta product subscriptions, technical support, and related services.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Account Executives to execute renewal strategy, improve product adoption, and address account risk.
  • Lead pricing strategy and negotiation for enterprise renewals.
  • Prepare timely proposals and quotes aligned to customer and partner agreement terms.
  • Work with finance and legal teams to ensure contracts meet customer and Okta requirements.
  • Track customer data and renewal information in Okta systems, including Salesforce, and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in renewals, account management, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Executive presence with the ability to synthesize complex renewal data into actionable insights for Regional Sales Leadership.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Customer Success leadership to drive regional retention goals.
  • Comfort negotiating complex enterprise license agreements.
  • Ability to close deals tactfully with integrity and independence.
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong oral, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to prioritize work, complete activities, and meet daily deadlines.
  • Experience recording information in Salesforce or a similar CRM system preferred.
  • Team-oriented mindset with willingness to assist where needed.
  • High activity level, enthusiasm, self-motivation, and tenacity.
  • 4-year college degree or equivalent business experience.

Benefits

  • Annual base salary range of $138,000-$208,000 USD for candidates in CA (excluding the Bay Area), CO, IL, NY, and WA.
