Description

  • Own 10–15 client accounts at the same time, including communication, account health, risk management, retention, and upsell opportunities.
  • Build high-level outbound omnichannel strategies tailored to each client’s goals and blockers.
  • Run 3–4 client calls per day for status updates, strategy discussions, and difficult conversations.
  • Lead the internal pod of SDRs, a Delivery Lead, and a Content Specialist toward client KPIs.
  • Coordinate escalation when results fall short by aligning with the Training Manager and Delivery Lead.
  • Balance accountability for individual KPIs and team KPIs on a 50/50 basis.
  • Translate performance data into strategy and take action to improve results.
  • Maintain strong stakeholder management across both client and internal teams.
  • Proactively identify issues, suggest corrective actions, and keep clients informed.
  • Support onboarding and collaboration within a dedicated delivery pod.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, client success, or B2B lead generation.
  • Experience managing at least 5 concurrent projects, ideally 10+.
  • Proven ownership of account health, results, coordination, and accountability.
  • Experience managing stakeholders on both the client side and internal team side.
  • Ability to stay composed in difficult client conversations and turn conflict into productive insight.
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to work without fixed hours.
  • Native-level or C2 English, both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with outreach tools and CRM platforms is a plus.
  • Experience with tools such as Reply, Nooks, Planhat, HubSpot, Expandi, Slack, Gmail, OpenAI, and Claude is preferred.
