Description

  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for clients and build proactive, trusted client relationships.
  • Anticipate client needs and shift the team from reactive response to proactive account management.
  • Translate client briefs, requests, and feedback into clear direction for internal creative, copy, and design teams.
  • Partner with the dedicated studio project manager to keep projects aligned with client expectations and delivery timelines.
  • Manage high-volume social media content workflows across two fast-moving accounts simultaneously.
  • Ensure deliverables meet brand standards and pharmaceutical or healthcare regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with the Account Director and studio team to support client goals and project execution.
  • Maintain clear communication across internal teams and client stakeholders throughout the workstream.
  • Support budget tracking and financial oversight with the senior account team.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in pharmaceutical advertising or another regulated industry.
  • Experience managing high-volume social media campaigns in a regulated or compliance-driven environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, reactive environment while building more proactive client engagement.
  • Strong ability to translate client requests into clear, actionable creative briefs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including communication over Slack and Microsoft Teams.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% for client collaboration.
  • Experience with pharmaceutical marketing is strongly preferred.
  • Comfort working in a fully remote environment in the United States, with preference for candidates located in NY, NJ, or PA.
