Description

  • Lead the expansion of Okendo’s agency partner network across APAC by identifying, engaging, signing, and onboarding new partners.
  • Build and manage relationships with partner stakeholders, including partner managers, sales teams, account managers, and leadership.
  • Educate partners on Okendo’s product suite, value propositions, and differentiators.
  • Align partner goals, projects, and processes with Okendo’s capabilities to create mutual value.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product to support shared clients and partner success.
  • Create partner value through referrals, introductions, co-marketing, and knowledge sharing.
  • Move partners through program tiers from Certified to Gold to Platinum by growing their Okendo-sourced MRR.
  • Represent Okendo at industry, partner, and client-facing events, including presentations and platform demos.
  • Identify and execute co-marketing opportunities that increase awareness and generate sales pipeline.
  • Provide regular updates to executive and management teams and operate within the OKR framework.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in partnership or channel management, ideally in e-commerce technology, digital marketing, or agency ecosystems.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue or KPI targets.
  • Strong consultative and relationship-building skills.
  • Confidence presenting to partner audiences and demoing software products.
  • Familiarity with the Shopify and DTC ecosystem, strongly preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize competing projects.
  • Comfort using modern tools, including AI tools, to work efficiently.
  • Experience with HubSpot is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% across the APAC region.
