Description

  • Keep campaigns and internal operations running smoothly.
  • Maintain accurate CRM systems and ensure data integrity across platforms.
  • Support campaign workflows from setup through execution.
  • Create clarity and structure in day-to-day operational processes.
  • Identify inefficiencies and help improve workflows and routines.
  • Build and improve internal infrastructures that strengthen team productivity.
  • Gain exposure to the advertising ecosystem and operational best practices.
  • Support long-term partner relationships and account growth across media.
  • Contribute to strategic expansion efforts across the business.

Requirements

  • Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to catch inconsistencies.
  • Experience with data entry and maintaining structured systems.
  • Comfort working with spreadsheets, CRM tools, and operational platforms.
  • A structured and organized way of thinking and working.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to improving processes.
  • Ability to build and improve infrastructures that streamline workflows and routines.
  • Strong sense of ownership and reliability.
  • Experience in advertising operations is a strong plus.
  • Experience in esports is an extra plus.
  • Entry-level candidates are welcome if they demonstrate strong organizational instincts and interest in operational excellence.
