Description

  • Plan and execute deployments, including site installations, test and evaluation events, demonstrations, training visits, maintenance visits, and sustainment activities.
  • Lead cross-functional teams across hardware supply, logistics, engineering, and related functions to ensure mission success.
  • Manage the full deployment process from site survey through testing, pack-out, installation, training, and sustainment.
  • Build and maintain trust-based relationships with customers, partners, users, and internal teammates through clear communication and follow-through.
  • Serve as the Imaging subject matter expert for mission partners on air defense and related capabilities, concepts of employment, and system configuration management.
  • Act as the voice of the customer by communicating mission requirements and feedback to Anduril engineers.
  • Develop deep mission expertise, including customer threats, regulatory challenges, resource constraints, and rules of engagement.
  • Develop thorough product expertise in Imaging sensors and systems, including capabilities, limitations, and performance across mission conditions.
  • Build lightweight processes, assess and mitigate deployment risk, and continuously improve operations based on lessons learned.
  • Provide user feedback and lessons learned to help improve the product and team.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree or 5+ years of experience in a technical field, preferably in defense, national security, or aerospace.
  • Highly organized creative problem-solver with proven project management skills.
  • Ownership mentality with strong initiative and the ability to manage work independently in isolated environments.
  • Proven experience leading tech-enabled teams of peers while building influence through relationships.
  • Deep interest in national security issues and defense technologies, with a commitment to lifelong learning.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. security clearance.
  • Familiarity with U.S. governmental procurement processes (preferred).

  • Base salary range of $129,000 to $171,000 USD.
