Description

  • Hire, lead, coach, and support a high-performance operational team.
  • Own the planning, implementation, and ongoing oversight of the Benefits Operations chapter.
  • Deliver strong service value to Remote employees and clients.
  • Prevent revenue leakage in Benefits recharging to clients.
  • Continuously improve and optimize processes, workflows, and tools.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Benefits.
  • Identify automation opportunities in existing workflows with Product.
  • Ensure service delivery remains fully compliant in partnership with Legal.
  • Collaborate with Payroll, Finance, Legal, Product, and Engineering.
  • Support reporting, audit, compliance, and data integrity initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of work experience.
  • HR generalist experience and Benefits-specific experience across multiple countries.
  • Operational experience across multiple roles.
  • Experience managing small or medium-sized direct reports.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a pragmatic personality.
  • Strong focus on goals, quality, teamwork, and people development.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced, international scale-up environment.
  • Fluent English written and spoken.
  • Solid startup experience, preferred.
  • Multiple languages, preferred.
  • Previous experience working remotely, preferred.

  • Annual salary range of $46,300 to $117,150 USD for this full-time role.
