Description

  • Own partner-facing messaging and enablement assets across partner types.
  • Develop partner sales content such as solution briefs, pitch decks, competitive materials, objection-handling guides, and co-branded campaign assets.
  • Build messaging and content for strategic partners that explain Obsidian’s value and fit alongside partner offerings.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in partner and field conversations, representing Obsidian’s security platform clearly and confidently.
  • Build co-marketing programs with strategic partners that drive pipeline contribution and deal acceleration.
  • Partner with channel account managers and the broader field team to identify partner enablement gaps and create supporting materials.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and revenue marketing teams to align partner initiatives with the broader go-to-market motion.
  • Support major partner launches, campaigns, and field moments with messaging, content, and execution support.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in partner and channel marketing, ideally in cybersecurity.
  • Track record of building programs and content that support growth.
  • Ability to translate complex platform capabilities into clear, practical partner-facing content.
  • Strong understanding of the cybersecurity buyer and how security leaders evaluate and buy.
  • Ability to work strategically while also being comfortable writing, building, and shipping the work.
  • Collaborative approach across sales, product marketing, demand generation, and external partners.
  • Experience aligning stakeholders without owning all decisions.
  • Senior individual contributor experience, with the ability to move quickly and help shape partner marketing scale.
  • Preferred familiarity with cybersecurity partners and partner ecosystem motions.
