Description

  • Maintain and version customer-facing product messaging so collateral, web pages, and enablement assets reflect current positioning.
  • Own and organize the product content library, including one-pagers, capability matrices, packaging comparisons, and use-case narratives.
  • Partner with Content and Creative to refresh assets when product or positioning changes.
  • Translate product roadmap updates and release notes into clear, actionable summaries for field teams.
  • Coordinate product launch execution end-to-end, including launch briefs and asset production timelines.
  • Support development of demo scripts, SE talking points, and persona-specific value narratives.
  • Build and maintain the competitive intelligence program, including tracking infrastructure, source lists, and reporting cadence.
  • Monitor competitors across positioning, pricing, features, packaging, and customer feedback signals.
  • Create competitive briefs and battlecards for Sales and flag emerging threats to leadership.
  • Stand up and manage the win/loss program, including interview guides, outreach, interviews, reporting, and theme synthesis.
  • Own Syndio’s presence on review platforms such as G2 and Gartner Peer Insights, including profile accuracy and review generation campaigns.
  • Act as a primary liaison between Product and Marketing and support analyst relations preparation.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in product marketing, competitive intelligence, market research, or a closely related field.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS is preferred.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to distill complex product and market information into usable content.
  • Experience building programs from the ground up, including win/loss and competitive intelligence functions.
  • A researcher’s instinct and storyteller’s sensibility to turn market noise into positioning that resonates.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple workstreams and competing timelines.
  • Collaborative and relationship-oriented, with strong follow-through across nearly every team.
  • Experience with tools like G2, Gartner Peer Insights, Crayon, Klue, or similar competitive and review platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to attend relevant product standups or reviews and work closely with cross-functional teams.
