Description

  • Deliver annual new business ARR targets across the UK and Europe.
  • Build and manage a new pipeline from scratch without an inherited territory or accounts.
  • Generate opportunities through direct outreach and partner and alliance channels.
  • Develop and execute account plans that combine direct engagement with partner involvement.
  • Identify and activate new partner opportunities in coordination with the partner and alliance team.
  • Manage end-to-end complex sales cycles with internal teams and external partners.
  • Position Obrela’s services using a value-based and outcome-based selling approach.
  • Apply MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, or an equivalent methodology to qualify opportunities and improve forecast accuracy.
  • Maintain accurate CRM reporting and visibility into direct and partner-influenced pipeline.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in cybersecurity or technology sales.
  • Proven success in a net-new-logo, quota-carrying hunter sales role.
  • Experience working with partners, alliances, or indirect sales models, including co-selling and partner pipeline development.
  • Exposure to managed security services such as MDR, MSSP, DFIR, or Threat Intelligence is strongly preferred.
  • Experience managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles with senior business and technical decision-makers.
  • Working knowledge of MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, or a similar sales methodology.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and commercial skills.
  • Ability to build pipeline from zero in new or underdeveloped markets.
  • Ability to collaborate and co-sell effectively with strategic partners.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with long and complex sales cycles.
