Description

  • Lead a team of frontline sales representatives to achieve SMB Platform volume goals.
  • Source, interview, and hire high-caliber sales talent.
  • Develop structured onboarding and ongoing development programs for the team.
  • Lead pipeline strategy, forecasting, and deal reviews.
  • Coach reps in regular 1:1 sessions focused on performance, skill development, and deal execution.
  • Translate team goals into clear action plans and measurable outcomes.
  • Scale best practices and foster a high-performance, inclusive team culture.
  • Engage directly with merchants to stay close to customer needs and market feedback.
  • Use frontline insights to improve processes, messaging, and programs.
  • Partner cross-functionally to reduce friction and improve merchant and employee experiences.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales leadership roles.
  • 5+ years of experience as an individual contributor in sales.
  • Demonstrated success building and executing pipeline strategies.
  • Strong coaching abilities with a track record of developing frontline sellers.
  • Customer-obsessed mindset with comfort engaging directly with prospects and merchants.
  • Passion for developing talent and building scalable team programs.
  • Ability to motivate teams in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Balanced ambitious thinking with analytical rigor.
  • A win-win mindset for customers, team members, and DoorDash.
  • Challenger mindset grounded in data and truth-seeking.
  • Must be based within the United States for this remote role.

  • Base salary range of $151,440 to $222,640 USD.
  • Total on-target earnings of $189,300 to $278,300 USD, including commissions.
