Description

  • Build and manage an extensive sales pipeline and forecast revenue to senior management.
  • Develop new sales strategies and identify high-value prospects.
  • Present large-scale technical products and solutions to C-level decision-makers.
  • Identify and develop new partnership programs with large merchants across LATAM.
  • Coordinate cross-country initiatives and capture opportunities from partners and regulatory changes.
  • Manage the sales pipeline in Salesforce to maintain accurate forecasts and consistent results among Tier 1 prospects.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience in business development or sales within the payments acquiring industry.
  • Proven success in complex C-level negotiations across technical, compliance, legal, and commercial topics.
  • Strong track record of achievement within the targeted field of expertise.
  • Ability to build internal and external relationships and share market and industry insights.
  • Creative problem-solving ability and comfort managing stressful situations with multiple priorities.
  • Strong organizational skills and willingness to travel.
  • Fluent in English, which is the working language.
  • Experience working in fintech or payment processing environments is preferred.
  • International mindset and ability to work across countries and regions are preferred.
