Description

  • Develop new sales strategies and identify high-value prospects.
  • Build new sales partnership programs with large merchants across LATAM.
  • Build, manage, and forecast a pipeline of sales opportunities for senior leadership.
  • Understand prospects’ businesses, global payments footprint, growth plans, and competitive landscape.
  • Present large-scale technical products and solutions to C-level prospects.
  • Coordinate cross-country projects and identify opportunities arising from partner activity and regulatory changes.
  • Bring in Nuvei’s technical, operational, and strategic resources at the right stages of the sales cycle.
  • Negotiate complex contracts with stakeholders across business, legal, procurement, and finance.
  • Manage opportunities and forecasting through SFDC and related tools and processes.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
  • 3+ years of payments acquiring experience, preferably in e-commerce or retail verticals.
  • Proven success and trusted relationships within the payments industry.
  • Experience with complex C-level negotiations covering technical, compliance, legal, and commercial aspects.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Based in São Paulo.
  • International mindset and experience working across countries is preferred.
