Description

  • Promote and sell Nutrafol products across the assigned Austin territory.
  • Execute strategic sales initiatives to increase sales volume and market share.
  • Deliver approved marketing materials and field promotions to drive product adoption.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing accounts through in-person meetings and follow-up.
  • Provide customer-centric support, practice-building guidance, and ongoing education to accounts.
  • Coordinate physician training programs, in-services, and open houses.
  • Collaborate with leadership, coworkers, and the broader sales team to support territory coverage and customer relationships.
  • Attend trade shows and represent Nutrafol professionally at local and national events.
  • Track leads, opportunities, and sales activity in Salesforce.
  • Manage expenses responsibly and ensure all spending has a clear business purpose.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • At least 6 years of proven field sales experience with a record of meeting and exceeding goals.
  • Preferred experience selling medical, surgical, or pharmacologic products to healthcare practitioners in the aesthetic space.
  • Strong track record of sustained high performance and ability to learn clinical and product information.
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a growing organization.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to identify and pursue market opportunities.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
  • Must reside in Austin, TX and be able to travel weekly by car within the market.
  • High ethical standards, integrity, and a collaborative, solution-oriented approach.
  • Experience using Salesforce to manage leads and sales activity is preferred.
