Description

  • Research and identify potential brand, platform, and creator partnership opportunities.
  • Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and direct message to start conversations.
  • Maintain an active outreach pipeline and follow up persistently and professionally.
  • Coordinate intro calls and pitch meetings for senior team members.
  • Keep the CRM updated with contact records, outreach history, and deal status.
  • Draft partnership proposals and one-pagers for review and approval.
  • Track and report outreach metrics such as emails sent, replies, calls booked, and deals closed.

Requirements

  • No degree required.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Strong organization and persistence with consistent follow-up.
  • Comfort with CRM tools and basic outreach tracking.
  • Ability to manage a pipeline with minimal oversight.
  • Interest in the gig economy, creator economy, or digital marketing space.
