Description

  • Respond to user inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to offers, account access, and platform navigation.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team with full context and documentation.
  • Maintain detailed records of user interactions in the support CRM.
  • Identify recurring issues and report patterns to the product team.
  • Contribute to the help center by writing and updating FAQ articles.
  • Deliver consistently high CSAT scores through genuine, solution-focused support.

Requirements

  • No degree required.
  • Prior customer support experience is preferred but not required.
  • Clear, empathetic written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to remain patient and calm under pressure.
  • Strong organization skills and the ability to manage a high volume of tickets.
  • Familiarity with support tools such as Zendesk, Intercom, or similar is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn through paid training on systems and product knowledge.
  • A genuine desire to help people succeed.
