Description

  • Provide onsite and remote clinical applications training to customers to ensure safe and effective use of medical technology.
  • Support customer clinical expectations by delivering ongoing education and guidance.
  • Share customer feedback and competitive insights with internal teams, including marketing, product management, and engineering.
  • Coordinate and lead customer and internal employee training programs.
  • Deliver presentations at seminars, training programs, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Develop and maintain training materials such as quick-reference guides, workbooks, video content, and implementation resources.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support service excellence and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Support onboarding and ongoing training for clinical applications specialists, including training related to new product releases.

Requirements

  • Ability to travel is required.
  • Certified Medical Dosimetrist certification is required.
  • RTT license is preferred.
  • Strong clinical understanding of workflows and processes in a medical and/or radiation oncology environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
  • Adaptable, positive, and open to changing environments.
  • Highly motivated self-starter who can work independently.
  • Eager learner with the ability to quickly absorb and apply new concepts and technologies.

Benefits

  • Compensation OTE of $160K.
