Description

  • Facilitate technical scoping and delivery for Smartsheet’s most strategic customers to achieve business outcomes.
  • Translate complex requirements into highly technical solutions across multiple internal and external projects.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, Customer Excellence, and Product & Engineering teams.
  • Build, support, and sustain programs that expand technical Smartsheet knowledge across the organization.
  • Use customer feedback, market trends, and the product roadmap to inform and update new and existing offerings.
  • Collaborate with Product, Product Marketing, Engineering, and Professional Services Sales to ensure technical feasibility and strong delivery outcomes.
  • Conduct technical solution feasibility reviews to uphold quality standards and best practices.
  • Provide technical expertise on complex opportunities during pre-sales and post-sales engagements.
  • Act as the authoritative Smartsheet subject matter expert across product capabilities.
  • Support business development activities by leveraging product expertise and technical knowledge.

Requirements

  • 7-8 years of relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of work experience and education.
  • Minimum of 2 years of project management experience.
  • 2+ years of experience working with the Smartsheet platform.
  • Demonstrated success designing, building, and implementing advanced Smartsheet solutions that scale.
  • Experience with Advanced applications, Connectors, Multi-Tier functionality, cross-functional usage, and non-standard use cases.
  • Excellent client management skills with the ability to work with customers in pre-sales and post-sales environments.
  • Excellent solution visioning and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven success partnering across departments.
  • Proven success mentoring peers and developing complex concepts.
  • Experience in enterprise customer solution design, deployment, maintenance, and governance (implied by role scope).
