Description

  • Grow, develop, educate, cultivate, and close new enterprise customers for Nitrogen products.
  • Work with prospective customers by telephone and email to answer questions and educate them on the platform.
  • Build relationships with prospects, learn their business objectives, and position Nitrogen as a solution that can improve their outcomes.
  • Proactively generate new business through outbound prospecting and targeted outreach.
  • Manage inbound marketing-generated leads and convert qualified opportunities into customers.
  • Deliver online demos and clearly communicate the Nitrogen value proposition.
  • Develop expertise in customer pain points and help solve client challenges.
  • Build and maintain a sustained enterprise pipeline, with at least 50% self-generated opportunities.
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to close sales.
  • Maintain SFDC with an accurate pipeline and forecast, and meet or exceed sales quota goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of SaaS solution selling experience in a closing role within fintech or wealth management.
  • Experience selling at the $20k-$100k ARR price point, with bonus consideration for larger deals.
  • Proven ability to self-generate pipeline and succeed in top-of-funnel hunting activities.
  • Strong value-based selling skills.
  • Ability to learn new technology quickly and ramp fast.
  • Relentless work ethic and strong commitment to exceeding quota.
  • Proven success with net-new logo sales in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter with a results-driven, motivated, ambitious, and proactive mindset.
  • Ability to work well in a high-energy, fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
