Description

  • Speak with active inbound leads and follow up as needed.
  • Manage inbound leads for the LATAM region.
  • Work with the Marketing team to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline generation.
  • Provide ongoing feedback to Sales and Marketing to optimize processes.
  • Use and maintain HubSpot to ensure data quality.
  • Research potential clients and conduct prospecting outreach.
  • Run product demos for prospective customers.
  • Contribute to the sales playbook by identifying bottlenecks and proposing data-driven improvements to outreach and closing strategies.
  • Serve as a bridge between the market and the Product team by turning prospect feedback into actionable insights for the roadmap.
  • Partner with Marketing and Customer Success to support a seamless end-to-end customer journey.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese are required.
  • Fluency in Spanish is an advantage.
  • Strong organization, follow-up, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Experience with consultative solution-selling methodology.
  • Experience selling to senior executives in medium and large organizations.
  • Track record of high performance and highly satisfied customers.
  • Experience in a SaaS or startup environment is preferred.
