Description

  • Manage and grow a book of publisher in-app accounts across gaming and non-gaming verticals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and internal liaison for existing publishers.
  • Build end-to-end onboarding strategies for new customers, including setup and new product implementation.
  • Analyze large publisher performance datasets to identify trends and recommend yield and account optimizations.
  • Monitor key metrics and provide ongoing account health reviews to publishers.
  • Work with programmatic sales, operations, demand, and solution engineering teams to resolve technical issues and improve outcomes.
  • Assist with campaign setup and monitoring for Direct Deals, PGs, and Cross-Promotion.
  • Handle internal operational tasks such as ticket creation, account and user setup, demand partner setup, discrepancy investigations, and finance issue coordination.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and keep internal trackers and documentation up to date.
  • Advocate for publisher needs internally while managing expectations and communicating growth strategies.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of ad tech experience.
  • Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including publishers, SSPs, and DSPs.
  • Experience with mobile app programmatic monetization and ad operations.
  • Familiarity with SDK-based monetization on iOS and Android.
  • Proven ability to grow accounts by building strong client relationships and recommending effective strategies.
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to query and interpret large datasets.
  • Experience working with clients, operations, product, and engineering teams.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Technical account problem-solving experience, including analytics, QA, and troubleshooting.
  • Effective time management, prioritization, and deadline management skills.
  • Eagerness to collaborate in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills across video, phone, email, and Slack.
  • BS or BA degree preferred.
  • Experience with performance advertising or mobile gaming advertising is a plus.
  • Experience with Google Ad Manager is a plus.
  • Experience managing direct campaigns is a plus.
  • SQL skills for pulling large datasets are a plus.
  • Experience with Monday.com CRM is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SDK technical functionality is a plus.

Benefits

  • Salary range of $100,000 to $175,000 per year.
