Description

  • Develop, revise, and present financial plans using planning software.
  • Create and deliver tax, estate, and insurance planning recommendations.
  • Identify advanced planning opportunities and help develop internal best practices.
  • Build a strong understanding of the firm’s investment philosophy and apply it to client portfolios.
  • Create holistic investment strategies for clients and monitor risk tolerance over time.
  • Partner with the Portfolio Management team to approve and execute portfolios, trade recommendations, and tax-loss harvesting.
  • Lead client communications, meetings, emails, calls, and presentations independently.
  • Serve as the day-to-day contact for client needs and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Document client communications and information in the CRM system.
  • Complete client billing reviews and ensure advisory-team compliance.
  • Support business planning efforts and strategic priorities for the advisory team.
  • Lead a select number of client relationships and financial planning recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Series 65 or equivalent license.
  • 4+ years of financial services experience.
  • CFP® or equivalent designation preferred, such as ChFC or CPA + PFS.
  • Proven experience in financial analysis, modeling, and strategic planning.
  • Strong understanding of investment strategies, risk management, tax planning, and estate planning.
  • Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to clients.
  • Team-oriented approach.
  • Knowledge of the financial industry, financial products, and financial planning concepts.
  • Proficiency with financial modeling and analysis software, as well as CRM tools.

Benefits

  • Annualized base salary range of $75,000 to $80,000 per year.
