Description

  • Drive execution across go-to-market initiatives including content, events, partner marketing, PR, sales enablement, and revenue-driving campaigns.
  • Connect marketing programs to pipeline, meetings, partner expansion, and revenue outcomes.
  • Support event strategy and execution, including target account planning, outreach coordination, briefing materials, run-of-show documents, seller follow-up, and post-event tracking.
  • Partner with Sales and Partnerships to improve outreach, follow-up, account targeting, and in-market activation.
  • Develop sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, event messaging, and follow-up assets.
  • Scale the content engine across reports, executive POVs, articles, social content, newsletters, case studies, and campaign materials.
  • Turn ideas, events, insights, or data points into multiple usable assets across channels.
  • Build project plans, timelines, trackers, briefs, and workflows to help cross-functional teams move faster.
  • Work closely with creative, content, sales, partnerships, and external partners to ensure work ships on time and at a high standard.
  • Measure the impact of go-to-market programs and communicate results to the broader team.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing, PR, content marketing, sales enablement, partner marketing, or go-to-market roles.
  • Experience working in a fast-moving agency, startup, tech company, or high-growth environment.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and deadlines at once.
  • Strong writing and editing instincts with the ability to draft clear messaging and improve copy.
  • High business judgment and ability to connect marketing activity to revenue outcomes.
  • Comfort working with sales, partnerships, executives, and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to take high-level direction and turn it into a clear plan with owners, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • A proactive, resourceful, low-ego mindset.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, speed, and changing priorities.
  • Ability to speak up, clarify what is unclear, and move work forward in meetings.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, adtech, martech, commerce media, fintech, marketplaces, or performance marketing (nice to have).
  • Agency experience, especially PR, integrated marketing, or account management (nice to have).
  • Experience supporting executive thought leadership or senior-leader content (nice to have).
  • Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM tool, Google Analytics, and organic and paid social channels (nice to have).
  • Experience supporting event-led pipeline, partner marketing, or ABM-style campaigns (nice to have).
  • Experience working with data, insights, or survey findings to build content and campaigns (nice to have).
