Description

  • Develop and execute the international go-to-market strategy for Figma for Education across priority markets, including K-12, higher education, and bootcamps.
  • Hire, manage, and support a team of regional education leads.
  • Build scalable processes for selling, onboarding, and supporting education customers.
  • Cultivate relationships with boards of education, university leadership, bootcamp operators, and other key education stakeholders.
  • Partner with Legal, Sales, and Marketing to ensure compliance, aligned messaging, and effective local execution.
  • Design and launch community programs to build awareness and engagement in each region.
  • Track adoption, engagement, and impact using data-driven metrics.
  • Represent Figma at international education conferences, partnerships, and speaking engagements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in international expansion, go-to-market strategy, education sales, partnerships, consulting, business operations, or program management.
  • Experience launching and scaling programs or products in new markets from 0 to 1.
  • Education industry experience with knowledge of K-12, higher education, and/or bootcamp landscapes, personas, and adoption.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships with government bodies, school leaders, and industry partners across multiple regions.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver results without established playbooks or large teams.
  • Experience working at a high-growth tech company or startup, preferred.
  • Background in community building and education marketing, preferred.
  • Familiarity with legal and compliance considerations in international education markets, preferred.
  • Proficiency in Portuguese, Hindi, or other relevant languages, preferred.
  • Ability to work from one of Figma’s US hubs or remotely within the United States.
