Description

  • Develop and execute regional market-entry and account-based marketing plans to drive lead generation, conversion, and pipeline growth.
  • Serve as the primary marketing liaison to Sales and maintain regular communication to align goals, share updates, and gather feedback.
  • Build regional marketing strategy based on overall marketing direction, sales input, budget, and available marketing capabilities.
  • Own the regional marketing plan in partnership with Sales and ensure alignment and shared accountability.
  • Collaborate across the marketing organization to ensure Americas priorities are reflected in broader campaigns and initiatives.
  • Plan and execute field marketing activities including events, webinars, digital campaigns, and email marketing.
  • Coordinate with agencies and the global marketing team to support campaign delivery and execution.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance and use insights to improve future efforts.
  • Adapt corporate programs and content for Americas audiences to ensure local relevance and impact.
  • Support strategic account initiatives and help shape and implement an Account-Based Experience (ABX) approach.
  • Identify and manage customer advocacy opportunities and capture customer stories.
  • Lead Americas trade show planning and logistics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B field marketing, ideally within SaaS or data analytics.
  • Proven track record of building and executing regional, multi-channel marketing plans within budget.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems for campaign execution, lead tracking, and performance measurement.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience creating short-form content such as emails, web copy, blog posts, and event invites.
  • Hands-on experience using digital channels including social media and email.
  • Comfort using a variety of MarTech tools to support campaign delivery and reporting.
