Description

  • Manage marketing for the International Mobile Top Up portfolio of products.
  • Execute and measure CRM campaigns, including SMS notifications, emails, and in-app push messages.
  • Plan and implement programs that drive new customer acquisition, such as referral initiatives, community events, and social media campaigns.
  • Design and implement digital marketing campaigns for the International Mobile Top Up business in the USA, Canada, and other international markets.
  • Lead the creation of campaign creative elements with designers and agencies.
  • Analyze and monitor international mobile top-up performance data and propose action plans to grow the business.
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to launch and market new or enhanced products.
  • Conduct customer surveys as needed to understand behavior, preferences, and competition.
  • Manage and track the marketing budget.
  • Develop presentations that communicate campaign results and business analysis.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of marketing experience in mobile top-up or money transfer services in the US and international markets.
  • B2C digital marketing experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Fluent bilingual English/Spanish skills.
  • Strong project management, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong digital and creative marketing knowledge.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines in a results-oriented environment.
  • 2+ years of prior experience in the money transfer or financial services industry, preferably in marketing or digital roles.
  • International experience is preferred.
  • Experience working for a mobile carrier is a plus.
  • The interview process will be conducted in English.
  • Applicants must be based in LATAM.
