Description

  • Drive expansion across priority EMEA markets to accelerate acquisition of demand-side and supply-side partners, brands, and advertisers.
  • Build, nurture, and maintain senior-level relationships with enterprise partners, brands, advertisers, and agencies.
  • Develop and implement scalable go-to-market, commercial, and account development strategies to meet business goals.
  • Identify and establish strategic indirect channels and partnerships to accelerate growth and market share.
  • Represent Nift across the EMEA region through industry events, forums, conferences, and thought leadership opportunities.
  • Partner cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations teams to align regional needs and execution.
  • Initially own the region in a hands-on capacity by building on existing customers and partners before hiring a regional team.
  • Establish a scalable process for regional growth and commercial development.
  • Hire and expand the regional team and additional geographies after initial growth is established.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of post-university sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Successful experience selling performance marketing solutions and/or ad-tech, ideally in a small company or startup environment.
  • Demonstrated success building customers and revenue in EMEA; experience building out EMEA for an ad-tech company is a must-have.
  • Results-driven with a consistent record of exceeding quota, plans, and aggressive revenue targets.
  • Ownership mindset with a proactive, self-motivated approach and the ability to build from the ground up.
  • Experience working with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders in enterprise accounts.
  • Experience with go-to-market, commercial, or account development strategy is preferred.
  • Background in performance marketing, ad-tech, or related digital advertising environments is preferred.
