Description

  • Own retention for an assigned portion of the customer base and support annual revenue growth through renewals and product additions.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports and contractual documents for internal renewal meetings.
  • Engage customers and partners to understand renewal goals, desired outcomes, and business alignment.
  • Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and renewal details to achieve favorable outcomes and maintain revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Partner Success, Partner Executives, Technical Account Managers, Account Executives, and finance.
  • Partner with finance to maintain healthy price points and develop creative retention strategies.
  • Extend contracts for multiple years and manage renewal-related contract documentation.
  • Maintain knowledge of customer/partner contracts, NiCE billing methods, competitors, and NiCE products/services.
  • Track retention and revenue growth metrics using tools such as Salesforce and Excel.
  • Investigate risks and recommend actions to mitigate renewal and revenue risk.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in contract negotiation.
  • 4+ years of experience in contact center or service delivery.
  • Experience with SaaS billing models.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and meeting customer contract timelines.
  • Experience working independently with little to no daily supervision.
  • Ability to pivot between multiple negotiation projects and multitask responsibilities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior customer stakeholders, including CEOs, CTOs, and CFOs.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
  • Experience in account management or sales is a bonus.
