Description

  • Manage the full PSP integration lifecycle from commercial alignment through launch and post-integration monitoring.
  • Coordinate implementation efforts with finance, legal, product, and IT teams.
  • Maintain regular communication with payment providers on operational, technical, and commercial topics.
  • Monitor payment performance metrics, including conversion rates, tariffs, limits, and channel efficiency.
  • Analyze payment data and provide actionable insights to improve payment performance.
  • Handle operational requests and resolve issues with internal teams and external providers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in Confluence.
  • Prepare reports and track implementation progress against business requirements.
  • Organize and participate in regular calls with internal stakeholders and PSP partners.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of payment systems, payment flows, and related performance metrics.
  • Experience working with PSPs, payment operations, or fintech/payment products.
  • Knowledge of payment processes from product, technical, operational, backend, and contractual perspectives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and optimize payment performance.
  • High level of self-organization and ownership.
  • Upper-Intermediate English level (B2+) for communication with international partners.
