Description

  • Support Account Executives with post-sale activity, including campaign implementation, maintenance, and review.
  • Manage the day-to-day responsibilities of assigned accounts to ensure solutions are properly implemented.
  • Maintain daily communication with advertising agencies and direct clients.
  • Oversee client schedules on television and digital, including special projects and promotions.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives, Marketing Director, Research Director, and Creative Services to support client needs.
  • Attend sales meetings and sales trainings to stay current on company products, services, and processes.
  • Identify new and incremental revenue opportunities based on campaign results.
  • Assist with contracts, avails, traffic, make-goods, collections, and general customer service.
  • Track audience delivery using ratings, impressions, KPIs, and campaign fulfillment metrics.
  • Coordinate new customer account setup, contract revisions, and order entry.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of account management experience in a professional, fast-paced media sales environment.
  • Demonstrated success retaining and growing client accounts.
  • Knowledge of broadcasting and digital advertising solutions preferred.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and advertising solutions highly desirable.
  • Prior experience using CRM systems and the MS Office suite.
  • Ability to make decisions and solve problems independently.
  • Strong self-motivation and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work flexibly.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and time management skills.
