Description

  • Develop and execute global or regional integrated demand campaigns aligned to company priorities.
  • Build persona-based, multi-channel programs across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Own content strategy across the buyer journey to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Translate business goals into data-driven demand strategies aligned to aggressive growth targets.
  • Own pipeline targets and marketing-sourced and influenced revenue.
  • Partner with Sales on ICP definition, account targeting, and go-to-market priorities.
  • Orchestrate integrated campaigns across digital, field marketing, content, and lifecycle programs.
  • Own the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, including strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting.
  • Develop scalable campaign frameworks that regional and field teams can localize and deploy.
  • Lead demand programs for AI and agentic AI solutions and apply AI to campaign creation, execution, and optimization.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, demand generation, or integrated campaigns.
  • Proven experience leading global, multi-channel demand programs.
  • Experience marketing AI/ML-based products or platforms.
  • Hands-on experience leveraging or implementing AI or agentic AI in marketing workflows.
  • Strong understanding of ABM (Account-Based Marketing).
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Eloqua, or HubSpot.
  • Experience with CRM systems, especially Salesforce.
  • Experience partnering closely with enterprise sales teams.
  • Track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Strong strategic thinking, execution discipline, and cross-functional leadership.
  • Ability to translate complex AI and agentic AI concepts into clear business value.
