Description

  • Own the end-to-end demand generation strategy for assigned sales segments from planning through execution and pipeline impact.
  • Drive performance against core KPIs including target account engagement, intent progression, and pipeline generation.
  • Partner with content, creative, and marketing operations teams to deliver and optimize integrated campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with sales to gather field feedback, assess account engagement, and improve conversion outcomes.
  • Analyze campaign and funnel performance to recommend optimizations that improve revenue impact.
  • Optimize paid media, SEO/AEO programs, and events based on performance data.
  • Establish and manage a structured testing agenda and share learnings to guide future marketing decisions.
  • Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting across segment and campaign performance.
  • Monitor results regularly and translate data and seller feedback into actionable campaign improvements.

Requirements

  • 5-6 years of experience in B2B demand generation, performance marketing, or growth marketing.
  • Proven experience owning or influencing pipeline metrics, not just campaign execution.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect campaign performance to funnel and revenue outcomes.
  • Experience partnering closely with sales teams and incorporating field feedback into marketing decisions.
  • Strong commercial mindset with an understanding of how marketing influences deal progression and revenue outcomes.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Marketo, or similar platforms.
  • Experience in fintech, payments, embedded finance, or financial services is preferred.
  • Experience with GTM automation and AI marketing technologies is preferred.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and building programs from scratch without fully defined playbooks.

  • Base salary range of $140,600-$175,700 for National, $152,200-$190,200 for Premium, and $165,400-$206,700 for Premium Plus locations.
