Description

  • Support Inside Sales and New Business Sales teams with operational tasks and cross-team coordination.
  • Use Salesforce.com and Aviso to create and send quotes, track client interactions, and manage sales data.
  • Analyze sales performance and trends to identify opportunities to improve conversion rates.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing by identifying best practices and improving communication between sales groups.
  • Research and help implement modern sales strategies to improve outreach and customer engagement.
  • Track order details, follow up on outstanding payments, and provide recommendations to sales leadership.
  • Work with sales leaders and teams across the organization on strategic sales initiatives and process improvements.
  • Operate in compliance with applicable employment, privacy, and industry regulations, including EEO, HIPAA, ERISA, and PCI.

Requirements

  • Interest in business operations, sales, and/or finance.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to partner with teammates and clients in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Experience using Salesforce.com is preferred.
  • Availability for a paid summer internship lasting approximately 10-12 weeks from June 2 through August 7.
  • Ability to work up to 28 hours per week.
  • Remote work environment with significant computer-based work and sitting at a desk.
