Description

  • Develop specialized positioning and messaging that differentiates Nextech Patient Experience in the healthcare patient engagement market.
  • Create and execute go-to-market strategies for new features and enhancements.
  • Translate technical product capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions for healthcare practices.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for the product portfolio and its value across different healthcare specialties.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, segment-focused Product Marketing Managers, sales enablement, and broader marketing teams to align on product and market vision.
  • Own competitive intelligence and market trend analysis, including comparisons on features, pricing, and specialty-specific benefits.
  • Research client personas across healthcare specialties to understand payment processing needs and buying criteria.
  • Work with key opinion leaders to develop testimonials, case studies, and other customer-facing content.
  • Monitor patient experience trends across specialties to inform positioning and messaging.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned based on business needs.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of product marketing experience.
  • Experience working for a SaaS company.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong presentation skills and comfort presenting to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills for cross-functional work.
  • Experience in the healthcare technology sector (preferred).
  • Experience with healthcare patient experience technologies (preferred).
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com or similar CRM tools (preferred).
  • Product Marketing Alliance Certification (preferred).
  • Remote work environment within the United States.
  • Long-distance or air travel as needed, up to 15%.
