Description

  • Own the product marketing strategy for Lakewatch and lead its next phase of growth.
  • Define the Lakewatch narrative and positioning for cybersecurity, governance, and risk audiences.
  • Partner with product and engineering to influence roadmap priorities and support product launches.
  • Collaborate with sales, partner marketing, alliances, and broader marketing teams to drive awareness, adoption, and expansion.
  • Build and execute go-to-market strategies that drive new logo acquisition and expansion within existing customers.
  • Develop sales plays, messaging, and enablement materials to improve win rates and reduce sales cycle times.
  • Drive thought leadership, analyst engagement, influencer relationships, and presence at key industry events.
  • Build joint narratives, solutions, and partner programs with cloud and technology partners.
  • Define metrics, instrument programs, and use data and customer feedback to optimize funnel performance.
  • Translate roadmap investments into high-impact launches that increase adoption, activation, and usage.

Requirements

  • Extensive product marketing experience in enterprise cybersecurity software.
  • Meaningful exposure to security operations, SIEM, security analytics, or adjacent domains.
  • Proven ability to build and scale go-to-market motions for new or early-stage products.
  • Experience defining segment strategies, persona strategies, campaigns, and launches that improved pipeline, ARR, or adoption.
  • Track record of crafting positioning and storytelling for both security practitioners and business stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success partnering with product and engineering to influence roadmap decisions.
  • Experience enabling global sales and partner organizations on new solutions or categories.
  • Experience collaborating with cloud and technology partners or ecosystems to generate partner-sourced or partner-influenced pipeline.
  • Strong communication and executive presence, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, highly cross-functional environment.
  • Experience or familiarity with security-related events, analyst relations, or industry thought leadership is preferred.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $237,000-$325,800 USD for Zone 1, $213,300-$293,250 USD for Zone 2, $201,400-$277,000 USD for Zone 3, or $189,600-$260,700 USD for Zone 4.
