Description

  • Gather system requirements from end users, IT teams, and stakeholders.
  • Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven ServiceNow applications and workflows.
  • Integrate machine learning, NLP, and predictive analytics across ServiceNow modules.
  • Manage application development through design, coding, testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and documentation.
  • Design custom and product-based ServiceNow solutions.
  • Configure REST and SOAP integrations between ServiceNow and external applications.
  • Validate service maps, impact assessment rules, and event-management solutions with technical stakeholders.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing and promote update sets and data across ServiceNow environments.
  • Resolve production incidents and coordinate with technical leads to maintain shared implementation patterns.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience implementing, administering, configuring, or developing ServiceNow across at least two capabilities, such as ITSM or ITOM.
  • Strong experience with ServiceNow AI and automation, including Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, Performance Analytics, and Now Assist.
  • Hands-on experience implementing and optimizing Now Assist features, including case summarization, resolution recommendations, and conversational workflows.
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with other systems using MID Servers, cloud-to-cloud integrations, REST, and SOAP.
  • Experience with bi-directional automated integrations, JDBC, ODBC, or ETL technologies.
  • Experience implementing CMDB, Discovery, Software Asset Management, ITSM, Service Catalog, and workflows.
  • ServiceNow scripting experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Builder, and Scripted REST APIs.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, AI/ML, or a related field.
  • Willingness to complete ServiceNow competency certifications and module accreditations; ITIL Foundation, ServiceNow CSA, and CAD are preferred.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and coordinate people, resources, planning, and production activities in a fast-paced environment.
