Description

  • Build and configure enterprise AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry.
  • Design topics, triggers, variables, routing, fallback handling, and generative answers.
  • Implement RAG and knowledge-grounding solutions with citations and metadata-based retrieval.
  • Integrate agents with Power Automate, SharePoint, Dataverse, Microsoft Teams, Azure AI Search, and Azure OpenAI/Foundry models.
  • Design prompts and instructions for agent behavior and multilingual interactions.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize AI agents across development and deployment environments.
  • Support Power Platform ALM and DEV/UAT/PROD deployments.
  • Apply Azure services and security practices to enterprise AI solutions.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience building enterprise AI agents.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Copilot Studio and/or Azure AI Foundry.
  • Experience with topics, triggers, variables, routing, and fallback handling.
  • Knowledge of generative answers, RAG, and knowledge grounding.
  • Experience integrating Power Automate, SharePoint, Dataverse, Microsoft Teams, Azure AI Search, and Azure OpenAI/Foundry models.
  • Experience with citations, metadata-based retrieval, multilingual handling, and prompt/instruction design.
  • Ability to troubleshoot AI agents.
  • Understanding of Power Platform ALM, Azure services, security, environments, and DEV/UAT/PROD deployments preferred.
