Description

Partner with client business, data, technology, security, and ServiceNow stakeholders to identify and deliver high-value AI and Data Intelligence use cases.
Translate business requirements into technical designs, prototypes, production implementations, and delivery plans.
Build data pipelines and integrations for structured and unstructured enterprise data using APIs, SQL, ETL/ELT, event-driven patterns, and cloud services.
Design and optimize RAG, semantic search, document-processing, embeddings, vector-storage, retrieval, and source-attribution workflows.
Develop Claude- and LLM-powered applications, including structured outputs, tool use, agentic workflows, orchestration, and human-in-the-loop controls.
Integrate AI and Data Intelligence capabilities with ServiceNow workflows, knowledge, APIs, and user experiences.
Create evaluation plans, test datasets, monitoring, logging, tracing, and feedback mechanisms to improve quality, reliability, latency, cost, and adoption.
Apply security, privacy, governance, access-control, and responsible-AI safeguards throughout the solution lifecycle.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, developers, consultants, designers, product managers, and clients through workshops, reviews, demos, and delivery ceremonies.
Contribute reusable code, RAG components, evaluation assets, accelerators, technical playbooks, and delivery methodologies.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in software engineering, AI engineering, data engineering, analytics engineering, cloud engineering, systems integration, or a related technical field.
Strong Python proficiency; experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, SQL, or similar languages is valuable.
Hands-on experience building applications, data pipelines, integrations, APIs, automations, or cloud services.
Experience with structured and unstructured data, relational databases, document repositories, APIs, and cloud storage.
Knowledge of SQL, data transformation, data modeling, ETL/ELT, ingestion, or data integration.
Exposure to generative AI, LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector search, semantic search, prompt engineering, agents, or LLM APIs.
Experience with REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, service accounts, and authentication or authorization patterns.
Familiarity with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Understanding of Git, code review, testing, debugging, documentation, and agile delivery.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and client-facing consulting skills.
Experience with Claude or the Anthropic API, RAG systems, vector databases, LLM frameworks, agentic AI, MCP, enterprise data platforms, ServiceNow, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, observability, or relevant certifications is preferred.
