Description

  • Research, design, develop, deploy, and manage software applications end-to-end.
  • Build and operate production-grade autonomous AI agents.
  • Design and implement RAG architectures using vector databases.
  • Develop and optimize multi-agent workflows and agentic systems.
  • Integrate LLMs through APIs, including OpenAI, Hugging Face, and Azure AI.
  • Implement Model Context Protocol (MCP) for secure, governed agent data access.
  • Own AI governance, model lifecycle management, and evaluation of deployed agents.
  • Apply guardrails, content filtering, and other AI safety controls.
  • Collaborate with developers, UX designers, and business or systems analysts.
  • Optimize LLM performance, inference costs, and token usage.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or advanced data science.
  • Demonstrated experience deploying autonomous AI agents to production.
  • Strong knowledge of context engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGPT.
  • Experience building RAG systems with vector databases.
  • Strong Python skills and experience with OpenAI, Hugging Face, or Azure AI libraries.
  • Experience integrating LLMs into applications through APIs.
  • Knowledge of AI governance, model lifecycle management, and evaluation frameworks.
  • Direct experience implementing or extending Model Context Protocol (MCP).
  • Familiarity with AI guardrails, safety tooling, and PII/PHI privacy requirements.
  • Preferred: experience in legal, operations, consulting, innovation, marketing automation, client intake, document automation, or eDiscovery.
  • Preferred: familiarity with Zapier, Make, OCR, analytics platforms, dashboards, APIs, and low-code tools.
  • Stable internet of preferably 25 Mbps or higher, backup connectivity, and a suitable computer setup with at least 8GB RAM.
  • Dedicated, quiet workspace with a noise-canceling headset and webcam.
