Description

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI-enabled software systems.
  • Define and communicate architectural decisions across services and domains using domain-driven design and microservices principles.
  • Architect and build MCPs, APIs, and AI agents for integration with existing platforms.
  • Develop prompt strategies and use LLM tools to automate code, documentation, testing, and repetitive development tasks.
  • Translate product goals into modular engineering tasks optimized for human and AI execution.
  • Review human- and AI-generated code for performance, security, correctness, and maintainability.
  • Mentor distributed developers on AI tool adoption, clean code, and modern software design.
  • Optimize CI/CD pipelines with AI-enhanced code review and testing workflows.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of software engineering experience, including technical design or architectural leadership.
  • 2+ years of production experience working with AI/ML models.
  • Strong backend or full-stack development experience, particularly with Python.
  • Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Devin AI, GitHub Copilot, or GPT APIs.
  • Strong system design and task decomposition skills focused on RAG and agentic systems.
  • Experience leading distributed engineering teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Exposure to AI agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGPT, or AgentCore.
  • Experience with domain-driven design, MCPs, or microservices architecture.
  • Experience with vector or graph databases, embeddings, or other LLM infrastructure.
  • Portfolio demonstrating AI-driven software development experience preferred.
  • Experience in a fast-paced SaaS or startup environment preferred.
  • Knowledge of HR, Legal, or Risk industries preferred.
